Getting Married!

  • So it's been a while since I last updated this space, but I'm happy to say that married life is treating us well, and we're going on a week and a half now. The wedding went off pretty well, a few minor hitches, but nothing worth complaining about... I hope everyone that showed up enjoyed the festivities, and had a good time!
  • The night of the wedding, we got no sleep, got home about 1:30AM, and left for the airport about 4:00AM. Had to board a plane that left at 6:30AM, got into Ft. Lauderdale, FL around 10:30, and then we got to the cruise ship in Miami a couple of hours later after having to wait for a shuttle, and then check-in for boarding. We were pretty tired, and slept from about 2:00PM until the next morning, except for the safety drill at 4:30PM and a snack at midnight.
  • If you've never been on a Royal Caribbean cruise, you need to go on one at some point. Fantastic, and very relaxing. The ship was amazing, you can see some of the photos from the ship and our trip here.
  • So now, it's back to the grind, and my brain is slowly returning from the caribbean. It's amazing that I remember what I'm supposed to do at work. :)
